COVID-19 POLICY

Expect shipping delays at this time due to the Covid-19 pandemic.  We ship all packages out on time, however there may be delays with the shipping company.  We do not issue any refunds or accept any returns regarding these delays.  

REFUNDS/ RETURNS/ CANCELLATIONS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  Due to the nature of the product that is sold, refunds will not be issued.  Wigs cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the customer.  For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel, you have up to 48 hours to contact us at Beautyqueensite@gmail.com for a full refund.  

Returns are only accepted if you have received the wrong item(s).

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen packages.  You will NOT receive a refund nor a replacement for lost or stolen packages. 

All packages comes with a tracking number.  If you will not be home on the expected arrival day and time of your package, you can request to have your package held at your local USPS.  Click the link below to find your local USPS.

PROCESSING TIME

The processing time is the SAME DAY for orders placed before 12 p.m. noon. 

For orders placed after 12 p.m. noon, the order will be shipped NEXT DAY.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We cannot ship internationally to a postal box or mailing center.  A physical address is required.  CUSTOM FEES may apply.  Some countries put a tax on orders that come in from other countries.  This is a fee that you, the buyer, are responsible for.  It is vital to research or have an understanding on the custom fees where you live.  Some places require you to pay the fee before you are able to pick up your packages.  Also when the package is being held in customs, it may take an additional 1-5 days for them to inspect the package.
